About Us

We are two belgians both passionated about the world of street food and entrepreneurship. We thought about starting a business together that rapidly shaped into a foodtruck. ​

Our goal is to explore the possibilities that can be obtained from revisiting a typical belgian/french comfort food called "Croque Monsieur". We want to do that in the open minded and festive world that street food represents. This is how our kitchen on wheels came to life and we intend to dive in head first into this new adventure.
